Yes. This appears to be a bug in the Visual Studio 9 setup generation. 
The MSI will only install that library if the program is installed to 
its default location....

I have worked around that problem and the Sourceforge site now has a new 
MSI that fixes that problem. Please test and let me know.

Does anyone know where do you file bug reports with Microsoft?
