Ditto.  There are only a couple of log daemons I can think of that
_don't_ log remotely, and they're embedded-only.  Again: nearly every
log daemon you are going to find will log remotely.

Can you explain more of the problem you are trying to solve?  Changing
IPs every few minutes and getting the impression that a remote log
daemon is hard to find indicates more of a misunderstanding of the
problem than an actual technological issue to me.
