busy day today... I had a quick look at the debug log, it looks like there indeed is a shutdown issue.
Out of curiosity, would you be willing to test a current (v5) devel version? I am currently working on an enhanced queue engine, which has been greatly simplified and speeded up. During that work, I notice that there exist some potential issue in v4, that I had thought to not surface in practice. Queue shutdown is very, very complicated.
