Hi, I'm the instigator of that patch and my original source also has that include. Oddly I too cannot find that header file on the system where I built and tested this patch. I suspect this may be due to my compiler not throwing a hard error on the missing header file (I used Solaris' /usr/sfw/bin/gcc, version 3.4.3). What compiler are you using? But either way this does look like a bug. I will do some digging and report back.
