I tried this command but it fails saying not supported

I have installed rsyslog 7.2.6 by compiling

/usr/local/sbin/rsyslogd -c3 -f /etc/rsyslog.conf

what is new command for version 7.2.6?

 my server rsyslog.conf file : http://fpaste.org/36924/
