the top is lookiong roughly about the same, with main q threads up in the 90%, 
and the action varying between 60% +, I will change the imstats from 1 - 10 and 
will disable the resetcounters to get the commulative stats.

I would set the stats to 10 seconds, just to make it faster to scan the 
results. it will hide some of the per-second variation, but it will also reduce
