Actually you had repeated asked people to take the file and edit the contents 
for you to translate it to a rsyslog config.

If you have specific questions on how to do something that is one thing, but 
you are asking a blanket 'Please rewrite this in an rsyslog config.' Which most 
of us do not have the time to do for you.

If you are unable to do so, Adiscon offers consulting services and I'm sure 
they would be willing to assist you in the conversion.
