Does it make sense to leave these files in the default Rsyslog GIT repo or move 
them into the Rsyslog-pkg-redhat-centos repo? Since we are building that repo 
out it makes sense that we would move these files into it. I can push a PR to 
get them added, but I wanted to get Rainer and everyone's opinion before I did 
so.
