I'm currently testing 7.6.0 (on Debian unstable) and I'm seeing a lot of those messages in the log files:
Feb 14 15:49:06 pluto rsyslogd0: action '(null)' resumed [try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/0 ] Feb 14 15:49:06 pluto rsyslogd-3003: action '(null)' suspended, next retry is Fri Feb 14 15:49:36 2014 [try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/3003 ] Does that ring a bell with anyone? Just want to be sure it's not a misconfiguration on my side before filing a bug report.
