We had some nameing discussion. rsyslog-8.1.5 will be the only version that
requires liblogging 1.0.0 (no the current 1.0.1). All other current
versions work with the current liblogging. I will release 8.1.6 most
probably today, and I'd say it's best to wait until it is ready.
