In the short run it seems like the -gnutls package is redundant, at
least until the rsyslog package build is fixed to leave out the
lmnsd_gtls.so file.
But in your situation where you are forced to install both, I think you
should be able to use "dpkg-divert" to shunt the copy from the "rsyslog"
package out of the way, thus allowing the "rsyslog-gnutls" package to be
installed successfully.
