Sweet. The other thing we may want to do: possibly pre-script diagnostics targeted for a particular test.
The testbench will check for potential pre-scripted diagnostics for all tests, if it finds one, it runs it in response to test failure. We can then pre-script things like up N, down M, p X etc to get a live-like debugger output.
