We were able to get the stream working but now we have new issues.  For one, 
the streams are coming across garbled due to the compression, which is 
expected.  How do we decompress the streams prior to forwarding them again?  
Some of the events will be forwarded to our long term storage and some to our 
SEIM but they are not being recognized.
