Since multiple sites can have the same IP address range we need to send to 
different ports depending on the from-IP (the rsyslog sender NAT IP which will 
always be a public IP).  I am not sure about the conditional syntax, but it 
will end up looking something like the below.  All sites will have an assigned 
port so the SEIM can differentiate between them.

Also, if the senders have overlapping IP addresses, you are going to have fun
receiving from them. But if you can, then you have the $inputname that you can
use to tell them apart, and if your SIEM supports it, you can put that in the
message to the SIEM.
