I have just pushed an initial restructure plus some new info to https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog-doc/tree/master/source/troubleshooting Anyone can easily add new content and/or fix existing ones by just forking and creating a pull request. For the doc, this can often simply be done via the github editor, so not even a need to check things out to a local machine...
