Yes, each action line that you put in the config file will be used for each log
entry that matches it's filtner criteria.

last thing failed' to provide failover to another one. and ther eis no limit on
how deep this sort of thing can go.
A better approach is to make the receiving systems failover/load balanced and
have the sender disconnect and reconnect eversy X messages (rebind interval)
Also, when TCP is broken, all messages in flight are lost, you need to use RELP
to avoid loss in this situation.
