You are correct. I skipped over this because:

I was a bit confused because I checked in the directory containing the upgrade items. In rt-3.6.0/etc there is:

3.1.0/  3.1.15/ 3.1.17/ 3.3.0/  3.3.11/ 3.5.1/

I didn't see a 3.4.x, so I assumed I didn't have to run anything else after a make upgrade. The reason I say this is because anytime I upgraded from version 3.4.2 -> 3.4.5, I didn't have to run anything else after a make upgrade.

Perhaps just assumption on my part and missing small details. Regardless, it works fine. Thanks! :)
