Team,
I created a new status (called pend-close) in RT by adding it to
RT_SiteConfig.pm:
@ActiveStatus = qw(new open stalled) unless @ActiveStatus;
@InactiveStatus = qw(resolved rejected pend-resolve deleted) unless
@InactiveStatus;
When I try to put a ticket in the pend-resolve state RT gives me the
following error:
Ticket 2180: Illegal value for Status
Is there something I'm missing?
