Once you have the tickets you want in view (via a search), you can click
on "Update Multiple Tickets" and do what you gotta do.

That is in 3.6. Not sure if it applies to you since you didn't mention
the version you're running

Subject: [rt-users] Changing ownership of a bunch of tickets

Hello,

I have a question regarding changing the ownership of a bunch of
tickets.

Let us say I have 50 tickets whose owner is "blah" - out of those 20 are

either open or new.

I want to change the ownership of these 20 tickets to "foo".

Is there a way I can do this without having to go to each of these tickets manually and changing the owner?

Thanks,

- Onkar
