How do I get 'take' action to be availabled at unowned tickets window ?
When logging as admin, this action does appear along each ticket on this window.
However when a different user logs in, the same does not happen.
This user belongs to a group that has been granted privileges to make any changes to tickets, queues and global information. If this user does a search and selects a unowned ticket from the results, then he(she) will be able to take the ticket.
BTW, I am running RT 3.6.0.
Any guess ?
