the Value "Starts" is set, so my idea was to build a Query like:

But RT does not understand the Word NOT, does it?
It doesn't, but you always can use ( Starts <= 'now' ) which is the same.
Only AND and OR, and I don't know how to include the tickets with the unset Value
"Starts".
Any helpful Idea how to do this???
