Hey Everyone, We have RT 3.6.1 installed on Fedora Core 5. We are having some troubles sending and receiving mail. E-mails can only be sent to the IP address of the RT server and not the domain name. Also, once a ticket is received RT does not send a mail to Watchers of the GROUP that has rights to Watch the QUEUE the ticket enters into. Is there a way to do this?
Also, when httpd (apache) starts up it says "Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using *.*.*.* for ServerName. Other than these things RT appears to be working normally. I've tried Googling errors and going to sendmail and apache support pages.
