I'll confirm this issue with 3.4.6 on Ubunutu 6.10. I ran into it
just
last night. Installing UNIVERSAL::require from CPAN allowed make
initialize-database to run properly.
Well at least I know its not redhat specific, I think we hit a
bug. Can UNIVERSAL::require be added to the list, Jesse?
