Hello list, I just would like to know if this fonctionnality (assign a tiket to a group of users) is planned.
I've implemented an home-made version of a wake-up feature, and my wish would be to assign a woke-up ticket to the group of the user that put it into "sleep mode", in order that any member of this group can be warned and "steal" the ticket.
