Our helpdesk is going to implement a standard of making contact with the
requestor within 30 minutes of the ticket being created.  I need to
write a query to find the number of tickets that fall into that category
for a given time period.  I know I'm looking for the time difference
between the creation query and first transaction on that ticket, but
can't get the query right. 
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
