I wanted to update the list that I solved my own problem.

To do this, you simply need to build a query and then build a graph from it with any group by. Then, once the graph is displayed, edit the URL. Locate at the end of the URL a parameter named: PrimaryGroupBy Change that parameter to the desired group by. In this case, I used: PrimaryGroupBy=Priority

That is how I got the graph I desired.

What I am doing is building a query in ticket search. Then, at the lower right hand corner of the screen there are drop downs to create charts grouped by certain things. However, one of the options is not Priority. I'd like to add that, but haven't seen where to do it yet.
