Wonderful. Worked like a charm. I also modified the Elements/
SelectUser file to reflect the Owner drop-down box (during new ticket
creation) to show RealName instead of Name.

In RT, when an admin looks at one of his tickets, the Owner attribute
shows his UID. How can this attribute be changed to show his/her Real
Name instead? I would prefer a solution that does not mess up past
tickets.

And we have linked RT authentication to an OpenLDAP server, if that
makes any difference.
