So, I went through and set most of those variables, and now I need to set up [EMAIL PROTECTED] to accept mail. In my mail server, I now have it forwarding to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and there is an MX record for that domain in my DNS. In order for this to work, do I just now need to add "support" as a user? How do I add users and aliases to RT? Through the RT GUI? Or through the command line? _______________________________________________ http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON RT SUPPORT: If you sign up for a new RT support contract before December 31, we'll take up to 20 percent off the price.
