Hi, I'm coming back to RT after an extended break. Installed RT 3.6.5 on Ubuntu 7.10 server. Web interface up OK. Can create tickets there. Mailgate fails with this error:
Could not record email: Could not load a valid user (/opt/rt3/share/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:75) We want to use RT for external customers, so the mailgate is key. Any ideas?
