To deal with that you would have to manually modify the user authentication code so that, when it checks the e-mail address, it strips the domain from the end of the e-mail address and then cycles through a list of authorised domains which would then be set in the RT_SiteConfig.pm But as to exactly what mods to make.. that's another story.
