Has anyone hacked the Create ticket form to show the due date? Can easily create a custom field that shows on the entry form, but seems silly since the ticket object already has a due date.
In the archives I noticed a lot posts referencing using PHP etc as a front end and just having the forms send mail to RT to be processed in. Is that typical, ie what most people do to provide a more flexible interface (ajax, etc)?
