We are getting ready to attempt a migration of 20,000 tickets from Track-it! (version 7) to RT 3.6.6 .
RT is running on Ubuntu Fiesty, mySQL, Apache2. Any advice or caveats to share? Should we plan on using the CLI interface for ticket import?
