We've been running RT 3.6.4 on Redhat EL 5 / mysql 5.0.22 / apache / mod_perl for some time with no problems. Today I hear from a user who has a ticket that doesn't display completely. It's a fairly long ticket, but we have much bigger ones that display fine.
In the apache error_log I see: [Wed May 07 15:53:06 2008] [notice] child pid 4762 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) every time someone tries to load the ticket. Nothing is logged by mysql or rt. All other tickets seem to be working fine. Any thoughts on what this could be, or how to begin debugging it?
