Hi together, it looks like a bad day for Mail/Attachments.... Just a few minutes ago a user reports problems with mails he sent out via RT webui with attachments.
OK, what i figured out so far: 1. Attachment Size: 800KB (allowed are 8000KB) 2. User added at the reply screen a list of 20 people as cc 3. The list of CC'ed People is 1250 characters long 4. RT shows the mail (Show Outgoing Mail) correctly with all Cc'ed people 5. Users get the mail totally destroyed! Problem: 1. The CC list is cut after 994 characters, in the middle of an address 2. The rest of the people from the cc list are the first part of the body 3. The attachment is corrupted. 4. The encoding for content is incorrect, german umlaute are broken.
