I have a question regarding de fulltext search option on the simple search page. Is it possible to disable this feature there? The idea behind this is that I don't want a regular user searching the database like that. Currently if we do a fulltext search the RT server becomes noticeable slower. Since the database will only grow the time required to do this will increase affecting other users for a longer period of time. We try to use the subject field and custom fields to contain usefull information to search for more quickly. I know you can't disable fulltext search in general, I just want to make less obvious for the regular user to use it. Regards, Ton Hoogstraten
