Hi,
When i attach a text file (.txt) to a user reply from the rt 3.8 web console the user receives it, not attached, but "embedded" in the email message. The text file appears in the email body but the text i write to the user in the message disappears. Is this a bug or a configuration? TIA, Filipe Portugal
