Hi all

I would like to known if they are any method to let some no rt_user (that's
mean he don't have any account) to see a set of ticket (include  the
comments). 

For example I want to produce a reports with some «sql» (like Created >
xxxx and Status is resolved etc...) but with some link directly to the
comments.
