Hi All, When i use rt-crontool to perform some actions on ticket, it leaves some records about transactions in ticket. For example, if i set priority(i.e. use RT::Action::SetPriority in crontool) or something, i(and users) see something like
"Fri Dec 12 13:14:32 2008 root - Priority changed from '3' to '1'" i.e. priority was set by root, not RT_System. Is it possible to make rt-crontool working as RT_System? How can i do it?
