When viewing a ticket in 3.8.1, you have the section "More about usern...@domain.com" this is helpful if you have a large number of people emailing your rt instillation, however the way ours is setup we only have 2 or 3 email addresses that send to us, that are forwards from others. What I have been looking for is if it is possible to change "More about usern...@domain.com" to something that is more useful maybe displaying items with similar subjects, or similar custom fields instead. Is this something possible, where would the changes need to be made? Thanks in advance.
