Good your-time-here, list: I have
Set($MessageBoxRichText, 1); Set($PreferRichText, 1); yet all messages coming in - or going out! - are plaintext. I can compose something using the wysiwyg bar, but none of the formatting is kept. Worse, everything seems to be double-spaced, making every ticket twice as long as it needs to be. What other settings have I missed to get this working? -- /chown -R us:us /yourbase
