Hi, I am trying to get ticket creation thru mail up in a Fedora 10 box. I am using RT 3.8. I am getting the following error in my maillog. I tried using rt-mailgate directly from /usr/sbin/rt-mailgate. But the same result. I am not sure why I get a permission denied error here. Any pointers will be very useful.
