Hi ,
Please find below the Template for setting the Child Ticket Values based on
Parent Tickets:
===Create-Ticket: Child
Subject: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Subject} - ChildDate
Queue: 20
Status: new
Parents: TOP
Type: ticket
Refers-To: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Id()}
Agency : {$Tickets{'TOP'}->FirstCustomFieldValue('Advertiser');}
Due: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Due()}
Attachments: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Transactions->First->Attachments();}
Content: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Transactions->First->Content();}
The template adds all the values except the attachments.It fails to add the
Parent ticket attachments to the child ticket.
Any help?
