Hi Raed, find attached vbs script. let me explain how it works. It opens IE, logging in as user (credentials you find in password file) and opening the homepage, opening a queue and a ticket, then does a ticket update (comment) and returns back to homepage. this is done every few seconds from begining. All counted times are stored in a newly created xls file.
