Hi, I´m a newbie in RT. Before start using it, I would like to know if is possible use RT in my intranet setting it to open tickets using my external mail provider.
To be clear: - My e-mails are out of my hands. They are in a external provider (like Gmail); - I would like to do that: User send a message to r...@my-external-email.com RT need authenticate in my external email and get messages there If exist messages, them open a ticket and send a message to user (your ticket # is 12345) Regards, Renato S.
