Hi Justin,

First of all use Requestor.EmailAddress = '<email address>', so use =
instead of LIKE, in the query builder it is "is" operator. Second, add
index on CachedGroupMembers(MemberId, GroupId, Disabled) and on
Users(EmailAddress) if these are not there already.
