Hello,

 

We have been happily using RT for about 6 months now and other
departments have taken notice. 

 

I have added a second queue to our setup using a different email
address. I have configured fetchmail to retrieve messages for this
second address.  What I cannot figure out is how to get these messages
into the second queue in RT. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I
have searched the archives and seen several folks are doing this, but
haven't found any instructions.
