Hello We are using RT 3.8.4.
When someone uses the Forward button within tickets, he can send the info to some emails. But this information is not written in the ticket history, so we don't know that this thing happen. Is there some configuration, that this info will be also visible as a single line within history in tickets ? something like: ............
