All, I am having difficulty with the RT 3.8.8 email. When div elements are contained within the ticket, they are not placed in emails. I set PreferRichText and TrustHTMLAttachments to 1 in my site configuration, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Here are the headers for an example email. The content type is set to text/plain.
