Kurt, there isn't quite enough info there for me to go on. Can you give us a replication recipe? Something like Create a group, create a class, give the group these rights (and no others) on that class (or globally?). Knowing what doesn't happen (box doesn't show up, can't change the topics list, etc) instead of "doesn't seem to do what I intuitively thought it would" is much more helpful. -kevin
