I currently have RT setup on linux in a mostly windows environment. I authenticate against AD and use fetchmail to pull from exchange and postfix relays to exchange.

Sorry, I mis-titled that. I'm asking for advice on integrating RT on a linux platform into an otherwise 100% microsoft shop.
